A free companion sampler — for readers of the book
“Adoption is climbing, but something feels off.”
The usage numbers are going up. On paper, this is the part where you exhale. And yet you have a quiet, specific unease you can’t quite justify to the steering committee, because the data is on your side and the feeling is not.
That feeling is the whole subject of this book. Four Moments is where you learn what to do with it.

What Four Moments is
The book makes one argument in many forms: that activity is not movement, and that a finished artifact proves work was done, not that anything changed. Four Moments is what that argument looks like on a Tuesday — when you’re mid-engagement, a decision is in front of you, and something feels off that the status report doesn’t explain.
It isn’t a methodology, and it isn’t a checklist. Each entry is a moment of doubt named in your own voice — the kind you’d flip to when a call is looming and your instinct and your dashboard disagree. Each one sharpens the question you arrived with, points you at the evidence, draws the line between what you actually know and what you only feel, and then hands the decision back to you.
The sampler holds four complete entries, one from each stage of an engagement. The full companion covers sixteen.
The four you’ll get — and the twelve you won’t (yet)
